What data we handle, which is very little, and what you can do about it.

First things first: this site collects nothing
There is no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party cookies, no social media buttons. This site makes not a single request to a server that is not ours: the fonts, the images and the videos are all served from here.
You can go through the whole site without us ever knowing you were here.
The demo form sends nothing to any server
When you fill in the demo request form, what you write is not sent anywhere. Your browser drafts an email with that content and puts it in front of you so that you send it yourself, from your own account and your own email program.
In other words: if you fill in the form and close the tab without sending anything, we never find out and no trace is left anywhere.
What happens when you do write to us
If you send us that email, or write to us directly, we process the data you have told us.
- Controller: Nerea Panadero Alfonso and Sergio Sabater Ruiz, at aintegralimited@gmail.com.
- What data: whatever you write to us — usually name, email, organisation if there is one, and what you tell us about your situation.
- What for: to reply to you, prepare the demonstration you asked for and continue the conversation we have started.
- Legal basis: your consent in writing to us, and pre-contractual measures where what you ask for is a demo or a pilot.
- How long: for as long as the conversation lasts and a reasonable time afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Who else sees it: our email is Gmail, from Google Ireland Limited, which acts as our provider and may involve international transfers covered by the decisions and safeguards provided for in the GDPR. If you would rather write to us another way, tell us by phone and we will find one.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to give it to you in a portable format, and to object to us processing it. An email to aintegralimited@gmail.com saying so in your own words is enough: no form and no particular wording required.
If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). But tell us first — it gets fixed faster.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under fourteen and we do not knowingly process their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe information about a child has reached us, write to us and we will delete it.
